Today's office supplies hero is officially Hardeep Kandola.
It's thankfully very rare but on occasions systems issues can cause delays to specific deliveries. This happened with a cash register ordered by Bishop Auckland Rugby Club early this week and they NEEDED it for Christmas.
Twenty two hours after Hardeep was aware the problem the cash register was shipped from our warehouse in Birmingham and delivered 200 miles away to a happy customer.
Processing 1,000’s of
stationery orders as we do means that we can't guarantee that nothing will go wrong with any order, ever. But we certainly guarantee that if things do go wrong we'll do everything we can to make it right!
