Free Standard Delivery
All UK orders over £50 (not including VAT) are delivered free of charge.
For UK Highlands and Islands delivery is £30.00.
Orders Under £50
All orders under £50 (not including VAT) are subject to a delivery charge.
For mainland UK delivery is charged at £5.99 (inc Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland).
For UK Highlands and Islands delivery is £30.00.
Delivery Times
Most orders placed before 4pm are delivered next day (excluding weekends), however we are unable to guarantee this service. We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends), when possible and we currently achieve this for 83% of all orders processed. Bearing in mind furniture items can take 3 - 5 days we're nearly there with everything else.
Warning - Heavy Goods Delivery
Please note that all our prices on heavy goods include delivery inside your building to a location of your choice providing delivery is to the ground floor or other floors via suitable lift.
Please ensure the product you intend to order does not exceed the maximum load of your lift before ordering.
It is your responsibility to let us know if special requirements will be necessary to deliver heavy items.
