FAQs > Price Promise Guarantee
As part of our price promise we guarantee to offer the lowest prices around but very occasionally we may get undercut on specific products. If this happens and you find the same product (brand, pack size and product code) being offered anywhere else online at a lower price we will refund the difference to you within 14 days and give you 10% off your next order to say sorry for the mistake.
To claim against our product price guarantee please email us with the following information and we will verify your claim and credit your account with the difference immediately.
- Your full name, address, email address
- Your order number
- The product code of the product in question
After review and verification of your claim we will credit your account immediately and send you a voucher code to get 10% off your next order as our way of saying sorry for the mistake.
Please note this offer only applies to:
- Online UK retailers only
- Products with promotions, bulk buys or free offers are excluded
- Items sold under different terms and conditions such as volume discounts or contract pricing
- Items sold under special financing offers
Most orders placed before 4pm are delivered next day (excluding weekends), however we are unable to guarantee this service. We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends), when possible and we currently achieve this for 83% of all orders processed. Bearing in mind furniture items can take 3 - 5 days we're nearly there with everything else.
