With the email to invite for feedback we were told again that you can have a 10% discount of selected items. It feels like a marketing gaffe as so many items are not the ones a lot of businesses and people would purchase. So, just email serious discounts like other companies manage and if you can't afford to give discounts then leave it. It's sooooo annoying and makes me check other websites to see if I can buy somewhere else as I feel like I'm being treated as someone who is stupid and can't see what they are doing. |

| Naomi was very helpful, but I should not have had to get to know Naomi at all as she is customer concerns. My order was considered dodgy by my credit card company and put a stop on this, I should have taken it as a sign. My order did not come after 24 hours, it did not come after 48 hours so I had to get in contact to be told it was out of stock and would take a week. When it had come into stock I would be notified of when it would be delivered. I was not notified and had to contact them again to ask where it was when it had not arrived after the furthest promised date for delivery had passed. It then finally arrived the following day. - but somebody cannot count to 20 and the order was one short, so I had to contact them again. Finally two weeks after the order, I received the final element. Naomi did promise me a mug as compensation - needless to say that has not arrived yet. |
