All returns (Not required or incorrectly ordered) must be reported online within 7 days following delivery.
The goods must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging and we will arrange for the items to be collected unless agreed otherwise.
All Returns requested by businesses may be subject to a 20% handling charge, please refer to our terms and conditions.
The return of faulty or damaged goods will be undertaken by TheSupermarketonline.com with replacement goods supplied.
Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Please note food and drink products cannot be returned.
